We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If ClinicWP Premium doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
2.1 Guarantee Terms
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all premium license purchases. This means:
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund
- No questions asked – you don't need to provide a detailed reason
- 100% of your purchase price will be refunded
- The refund applies to both new purchases and renewals
2.2 Calculation of 14-Day Period
The 14-day period begins:
- At the time of purchase completion – when your payment is successfully processed
- The exact date and time are shown on your purchase receipt
- The period includes weekends and holidays

Refund Deadline: January 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM
Any refund request received by January 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM will be honored.

- Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
3.2 License Renewals
- Renewal of an existing premium license
- Full refund available within 14 days of renewal payment
- Your license will revert to its previous expiry status before renewal

5. What Happens After a Refund
Here's exactly what happens once your refund is processed:
5.1 License Deactivation
- Immediate Effect: Your premium license key will be deactivated
- Premium Features Locked: All premium features will be immediately disabled on your WordPress installation
- No Access to Updates: You will no longer receive premium plugin updates
5.2 What You Keep
Free Features Remain Active
You can continue using ClinicWP with the following free features:
- Single clinic management
- Basic patient records
- Appointment booking system
- Doctor management
- Basic examination records
5.3 What You Lose
Premium Features Disabled:
- Multi-clinic support
- Email notifications and reminders
- Advanced custom fields
- Advanced logging
- Priority support
5.4 Your Data
- Data Preservation: All your data (patients, appointments, examinations) remains intact
- No Data Loss: You won't lose any information when reverting to the free version
- Re-upgrade Option: If you purchase a new license in the future, all your data will still be there
5.5 Plugin Functionality
After a refund:
- The ClinicWP plugin will continue to work with free features
- You'll see a notice in your WordPress dashboard indicating your license status
- Premium feature menus will be visible but locked with upgrade prompts
- You can continue to use the plugin indefinitely with free features
6. Refund Processing Time
6.1 Our Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request:
- Initial Response: Within 24-48 hours (business days)
- Approval & Processing: Within 2-5 business days
- License Deactivation: Immediate upon approval
6.2 Payment Method Return Times
After we process your refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

7. Non-Refundable Items
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
7.1 After 14-Day Window
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- The 14-day period is strictly enforced and cannot be extended
- We recommend testing the premium features thoroughly within the first 14 days
7.2 Expired Licenses
- Licenses that have already expired cannot be refunded

7.3 Previously Refunded Accounts
- If you've already received a refund in the past and repurchase, you're still entitled to the 14-day guarantee
- However, patterns of repeated refund abuse may result in refusal (see Section 8)
7.4 Third-Party Services
- We cannot refund costs related to third-party services, hosting, or development
- We only refund the ClinicWP Premium license fee itself
8. Refund Abuse Prevention
While we offer a generous refund policy, we must protect against abuse to ensure fairness for all customers.
8.1 What Constitutes Abuse
The following patterns may be considered refund abuse:
- Purchasing, using for 13 days, requesting refund, then repurchasing repeatedly
- Multiple refund requests from the same individual or organization
- Requesting refunds after extracting significant value from premium features
- Using the plugin for a project, then requesting refund after project completion
- Coordinating with others to abuse the refund policy
8.2 Our Response to Abuse
If we detect a pattern of refund abuse, we reserve the right to:
- Deny future refund requests
- Deny future purchase attempts
- Terminate your account
- Take legal action if necessary
8.3 Fair Use Expectation
We trust our customers to use this policy fairly. The 14-day guarantee is meant for legitimate evaluation of the product, not as a way to use premium features for free.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first:
- We offer a generous 14-day refund policy
- Chargebacks cost us significant fees and hurt our business
- We're committed to resolving any issues directly with you
- Chargebacks damage our merchant account standing
9.2 Consequences of Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback instead of requesting a refund:
- Your license will be immediately deactivated
- Your account will be suspended
- You will be banned from future purchases
- We may dispute the chargeback if it's unwarranted
9.3 Legitimate Chargebacks
We understand that chargebacks are sometimes necessary for:
- Unauthorized transactions
- Billing errors
- Fraudulent charges
In these cases, please still contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

- If we cannot resolve the issue, we'll honor a refund even outside the 14-day window

10.3 Extenuating Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside the normal policy for:

10.4 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased multiple licenses:

- We'll refund the duplicate purchase regardless of the 14-day window
